Ressen’s history began in 1999 when Steven established Ressen.
The company has been developing land subdivisions project since 2000, over 600 residential lots were developed in various projects in the past 15 years. There are currently 4 land subdivision joint-venture projects in Newtown, Kingston, Montrose and Sorell, Tasmania. Majority of the projects have been suburban subdivisions that tack onto the edge of an existing suburb, bringing them to life as quality residential communities across Tasmania.
When developing each new community, we respect its local environmental and social context, also strives to support the creation of its own unique character, with residents enjoying a strong sense of social cohesion.
